1. What Audity provides
Audity analyzes publicly visible Instagram and TikTok profile and post signals and returns
estimates: a shadowban visibility estimate, an estimated account worth range, a fake-follower estimate, and
an AI-generated niche/vibe summary.
2. Estimates, not facts
Every output of Audity is an estimate derived from public signals. Neither Instagram nor
TikTok publishes a shadowban status, and no third party can read one. Audity infers patterns from an
account's own public engagement history and describes what it observes.
Results are not official platform statuses, determinations, or guarantees.
Account worth figures are for entertainment and planning only. They are not financial appraisals,
not offers, and not predictions of sponsorship income.
Fake-follower percentages are statistical estimates from public signals, not identifications of
specific accounts.
AI niche/vibe summaries are machine-generated from public text and may be wrong.
Do not make financial, professional, or legal decisions solely on Audity output.
3. What Audity will never ask for
Your Instagram, TikTok, or Meta password.
OAuth or Login Kit authorization.
Access to private posts, direct messages, or follower lists.
Audity reads public data only. If you are ever prompted for social credentials in something claiming to be
Audity, it is not us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use Audity to harass, stalk, dox, or target any individual.
Present Audity estimates as official platform determinations.
Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or bulk-scrape the service.
Use the service in violation of any applicable law or of Instagram's or TikTok's terms.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Audity offers a free preview. Full reports require a Pro subscription.
Plans: Yearly $29.99 (includes a 3-day free trial), Monthly $6.99, Weekly $4.99, and a one-time
Lifetime purchase at $59.99. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App Store at purchase.
The free trial applies to the Yearly plan only. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current
period ends. Your Apple ID is charged at confirmation of purchase and on each renewal.
Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
If a free-trial period is unused when you purchase, any unused portion is forfeited where applicable.
6. Availability
Audity depends on publicly available data and third-party infrastructure. Public pages change, rate limits
apply, and some accounts cannot be fetched. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every
handle can be audited. When we lack sufficient public data, the app says so rather than producing a number
it cannot support — and does not charge you for that result.
7. Intellectual property
Audity, its design, and its scoring logic are our property. Content belonging to Instagram, Meta, TikTok,
or profile owners remains theirs. Share cards generated by Audity are provided for personal, non-commercial
sharing.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied,
including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Audity. Our
total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued
use after an update constitutes acceptance.
11. Affiliation
Audity is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, or TikTok.
